Project Description
The lunar calendar is a calendar that is based on the phases of the moon. I wanted to choose this topic since the lunar cycle is a significant process. The posters were separated into three parts: the normal lunar cycle, the penumbral and partial lunar phases, and the blood moon phases.
Series 1
These series of posters were designed specifically to be functional. The poster series was inspired by swiss designed and was created systematically. The two key points for this poster series were to be easily readable as well as well structured, through a grid.
Series 2
These poster series were designed with the concept of using images to give the feeling of space and time. The images differ in color depending on the phase and were particularly designed to let the image be the hero or focal point.
