Project Description
LA28 or the Los Angeles 28 is a branding project for the Olympics games in 2028. Hosted in Los Angeles the brand was designed around the concept of a prism. A prism with a single light source can create an array of colors. Los Angeles similarly is one location that has an array of diversities. Ultimately, this project wanted to express the uniqueness of Los Angeles as a city as well as celebrate the long-awaited Olympic games.
Magazine
A Magazine was created to give a form of spotlight for the Olympians. The like name suggests, it explains the upbringings and beginnings for an athlete. It also dives into the concept of how to become an Olympian for those who want to create their own beginning.
Posters
The series were created to express movement. The logo followed the shapes and motion of the athlete, in which creates dynamics. The images were done with a high contrast to make the colors of the logo pop to give a sense of celebration.
